William,"Willy" hails from El Salvador. Willy has been an integral part of Noosa Bistro since its inception,starting with Redback Jacks in the Warehouse District in 1996. Willy has come a long way on his culinary journey, working and creating with some of the Top Chefs in the area. He has made a name for himself here in the Cleveland area, and one taste of Willy's culinary creations will tell you why. He has remarkable work ethic,never missing a day of work in 14 years!
Willy has earned the respect of foodies and collegues alike, as he is dedicated to his craft of creating delectable cuisine with the freshest ingredients possible. He varies the menu seasonally,both to optimize the use of locally grown produce, and to add variety, although some of his menu creations are mainstays due to popular demand!
